Review on 🐶 40-Pound Victor Dog Food Classic - Hi-Pro Plus, Dry Dog Food (2374) by April Jones

I have a purebred German shepherd 6 months old. I've put him on Victor High-pro Plus since he was 8 weeks old. I had no complaints about this brand/flavor. Highly recommended. My dog LOVES IT and my 2 year old yellow lab prefers it to his Purina brand (not sure if it's because it's my GSD food and not just his). I was looking for dog food and when I found this brand I was skeptical because I had never heard of it and read the few bad reviews. Decided to give it a try because of the protein ratio. I'm glad I did. My GSD never skips a meal and always finishes it. He is very energetic. People complain that their dog "poops" more. Well, it's high in protein, and like humans, if you eat a lot of protein, you'll poop a lot more. Just make sure it's consistent. It doesn't matter how many times a day as long as it's regular. Honestly, that's all I can say. I'm looking forward to trying the salmon and sweet potatoes, especially due to allergies this time of year. Should help his skin/fur :).
