Nearly $1,200 for a set of four Xerox high cap toner cartridges. Blue was the last color finished in my excellent Phaser 6280N. I opened the box, put in a new Cyan Hi-Cap cartridge and the printer refused to recognize it, refused to print until I replaced it. I've cleaned the sensors, cycled off and on several times, but always the same error message - replace blue cartridge. I put an old, almost empty cartridge back in and it's working fine again, but now I have a defective $125 toner cartridge and you already know that Xerox will not replace it. I guess I'll have to ditch Xerox and look for Binford.
