This is the second of these headphones that I have bought. The first one was in terrible condition and didn't include all the parts of the speaker. I ended up sending it back for a refund. I've been using one of these devices in my office for 2 years and it's been great so I decided to buy it for my home office phone. Setup was very easy and everything works well even without a dedicated cable. Use the headset button on my Yealink phone to use the headset for this and the buttons on the dock for everything else. That's a good provider.
