I think it's fair to include my first review below. However, my problems are now fixed. I am giving 4 stars because now that all the devices are working they are doing their job exactly as expected. It should be noted that I left my previous review after several weeks of repeated troubleshooting with multiple devices. The one that set up correctly was weird and not set up following easy setup instructions. The other two didn't set up through the Home app no matter how hard I tried. After a complete cancellation a few weeks later, I finally received an email from Meross Support. The answer offered absolutely no additional information, just repeated the troubleshooting steps I had already tried. However, I decided to try the installation again as they asked for a screen capture of the process to help troubleshoot. However, this time both devices that previously failed to set up completed the setup easily and flawlessly via the Home app. Literally the only thing that has changed is that time has passed. But. They are currently working as advertised and I no longer have to fix them. First review: I bought these three packages and was only able to set up one of them. This one was also smart, but he behaved differently from the other two. Initially, none of them were installed in the Home application. Every time Home doesn't add them. For the one that worked, I was able to connect my phone to the device's Wi-Fi network and set it up through the Meross app. Once it's in the Meross app, it can be perfectly customized through the Home app. The other two only force setup through the Home app and won't complete setup no matter how hard I try. I've used multiple devices with different iOS versions to try this. THEN I contacted Meross support. TWICE. NO ANSWER. TWO WEEKS FROM THE ORIGINAL INQUIRY. I will never buy from Meross again. Avoid this company.
