I like that it is easy for me as an individual writer/editor who doesn't have time in her day-to-day life (or even weekends) of writing emails or other kinds of content marketing messages from scratch every single week! It's also nice because you can get feedback quickly about your work so there are no surprises when sending out promotional materials later down the line - which makes my job easier too :) The only thing we dislike at this point would be if they could add more templates available by category; but hopefully soon? We've been using them since last year now with great success across our various departments within one organisation where people send hundreds upon thousands each month via multiple channels including social media posts etc., all written automatically without any manual intervention required except occasionally tweaking headlines here &there once things go awry during testing phases before going live.
