The device worked perfectly the day I received it. I used it recently on the same laptop it was previously running on and it caused the laptop's USB port to shut down and I reported that the port was trying to draw too much power. I bought a powered USB hub, but the Eluteng device does not work on a powered USB hub. When connected to a power hub, all port LEDs blink, which is not usually the case. It has been two days since Revain's 30-day return window and there is no information on Revain Eluteng's pages on how to request an RMA. The moral of the story is to make sure the product you buy from Revain has a genuine warranty and a way to request an RMA after Revain's return window closes.
