My ll Bean field watch needs repairs. I needed an inexpensive watch to survive the pandemic. So far this watch is accurate, light and attractive. Unlike Timex, it's completely silent. The leather strap is the same quality as my Bean watch. It also has a little switch that allows you to change the bracelet yourself instead of going to a jeweler - a really nice feature! The band is the right weight for prolonged wear. So far, after a few months, it's holding up well. This watch is the real deal.
