Very smart design as it is called "handy hanger". It adds a few hangers to any limited space - closet, shower curtain rod, laundry room. at any door. I've attached some photos from different places that we both use. The design allows you to hang it on a pole or turn it upside down and hang it on the door. Since the hinges are closed, it's enough to insert the hangers regardless of the orientation, and voila - several can be hung instead of one. I see this working very well in small spaces, including dorms. highlighted.
