Smaller than the Ghost 11
I had the Ghost 11 in a men's size 12 which fit great so I also ordered a size 12, toe almost to the very end of the shoe. A size 12 gave me some wiggle room on older versions of the Ghosts, but these are comfortable. I recommend getting half a size bigger than your old ones.
