Review on Poo-Pourri Grapefruit, Lychee, and Vanilla Home~Pourri: Air + Fabric Multi-Purpose Odor Eliminator - 11 Fl Oz by Amanda Adams

I need a room spray to eliminate the smell in the air where I put my baby's diaper pail. I also wanted to freshen up the room at the entrance of my house as well as the kitchen, hoping that this would also help get rid of the cooking smell. Maybe my expectations for such a product were a bit high. I knew that getting rid of strong odors would actually be difficult, and no matter what I use, it still won't fix the root of the problem. Anyway, it was a nice scented spray. This took no more than 30 minutes. I like that the smell wasn't too strong like some toilet sprays. However, for people like me who are very sensitive to smells, the smell may seem a bit strong at first, but quickly dissipates after a few minutes. I didn't want anything strong either, as I have a newborn baby, and I didn't want anything too scented. I would say that this spray is good for temporary fixes but not for long term purposes. The diaper pail and the smell of cooking in the kitchen are still in the air when the smell is gone. And if you have particularly strong kitchen odors (like after cooking bacon or hamburgers on the stove), this spray mixes with those odors so the actual odor isn't really eliminated. I don't think I would buy this again because it doesn't solve the issues I'm dealing with, but the vanilla grapefruit and lychee flavor is quite pleasant. So this is a good spray for a room where there are no odor issues.
