Review on HackerTrail by Brandon Miller

I like that there are multiple ways you could search by skillset or location - this helps me find people who have similar skill sets but live in different areas! It's not as easy as other services out there, which makes it more difficult if you're looking for someone outside your usual network (eg international). There isn't much functionality when searching through resumes unless they've been uploaded before making an account. This means my searches tend to take longer than necessary because I'm having to upload them myself rather then just letting their system do it automatically. If anyone wants to get into recruiting software without spending thousands of dollars upfront, give hckertrail a go firstly. You will see how quick and efficient things run once everything has gone smoothly during setup. We were able to quickly onboard over 100 new employees within 3 months and manage all applications from one place.
