After suffering from low back pain for years after trying all sorts of treatment options, I came across a youtube video from Positive Motion Chiropractic. He described my back pain in detail. I tried some of the simple exercises and felt some relief, so I bought this belt against my better judgement, despite the higher cost of other belts and my previous failed attempts at relief. After wearing this belt almost all the time for just 1 week, I had a significant improvement in my pain scores. This belt is amazing. My back hasn't felt this good in over 8 years. I will continue to wear the belt and do simple strengthening exercises and I expect to see further improvements. I even wear the belt to bed and it seems to help relieve common morning back pain.
