My back feels better after wearing it. This increases stability and thus relieves pain without weakening the muscles. Whoever came up with this is a genius. I wish I didn't need it, but I'm glad it exists. It's better than any belt I've ever tried.

I got my first bracelet from a chiropractor a few years ago and wore it every day for about 4 years. In the end I decided to buy new and luckily they didn't change the design.
