best belt for my back pain and hip stabilization

My back feels better after wearing it. This increases stability and thus relieves pain without weakening the muscles. Whoever came up with this is a genius. I wish I didn't need it, but I'm glad it exists. It's better than any belt I've ever tried.

Pros
  • Durable surface

Without them it is lost!

I got my first bracelet from a chiropractor a few years ago and wore it every day for about 4 years. In the end I decided to buy new and luckily they didn't change the design. In fact, it stays in place and provides adequate stability to the hypermobile sacroiliac joints. Have tried others and always found them to slip and/or not provide enough support. I would be truly lost and unable to walk without this harness and would give it 10 stars if I could.

Very little support

It didn't help me at all. I felt like I was wearing a super stretchy elastic waistband with almost no support. Instead, I recommend Vertebral Back. Brace" which has been more helpful with my sciatica and piriformis issues. I wear the Vertebral Back Brace low on my lumbar spine so the lowest point just touches my piriformis. It features a one-hand pulley system that allows for full and even compression In addition, the Vertebral Back Brace is not restrictive but very supportive, lightweight and…

This belt has greatly reduced my lumbar pain

I have scoliosis and have had lumbar pain for 10 years. It feels like someone is driving a big nail into my left sacroiliac joint. I tried going to the chiropractor, physical therapy, and yoga. Yoga gives me some relief but this belt was like a miracle. I've been wearing it for 2 weeks and have hardly any pain. I wear it all day and take it off at night when I sleep. I still have pain from time to time but not like it was before the belt. I bought 3 different SI belts so I can compare. SEROLA…

This belt works!: braces, splints and bandages

This product was a find! I have osteoarthritis in the sacroiliac joint. The less the joint moves, the less pain. This strap keeps it comfortably in place. I keep it on all day Get the right size, wear it right under your clothes and it stays in place. I use it under my cycling gear and it stays in place all day mountain biking. It doesn't rub as long as you keep the main velcro and adjusters in line. The belt allowed me to return to an active life. I tried many similar devices and was not…

Great quality at a great price

I wear this belt everywhere! I had foot surgery that left my ankle, knees and hip disabled. I went to physical therapy and it helped, but it really helps. I felt compelled to bounce after wearing this while walking for 20 minutes. I bought this to protect myself from injury at work (especially now in the conception phase). I can't wait to see how it works. I also notice a difference in my posture. In grad school I had heavy textbooks and started leaning forward due to the weight of the books. I

SI joint relief after 8 years - FINALLY!

After suffering from low back pain for years after trying all sorts of treatment options, I came across a youtube video from Positive Motion Chiropractic. He described my back pain in detail. I tried some of the simple exercises and felt some relief, so I bought this belt against my better judgement, despite the higher cost of other belts and my previous failed attempts at relief. After wearing this belt almost all the time for just 1 week, I had a significant improvement in my pain scores…

It's a miracle! c Medical supplies and equipment

This belt literally changed my life. I have had pain from a sacrum injury for over 15 years. I was diagnosed with piriformis syndrome when the first injury occurred. I stretched my hip and muscles so much to make it easier that I actually sprained my sacroiliac joint. Not a single physical therapist or chiropractor over the years has found that my sacrum was moving more than it should. I had terrible cramps in my buttocks and just general pain when moving. As soon as I put the belt on, the pain

Incredible Leg Relief

I have had chronic stiffness and discomfort in my legs for 8 years, radiating from my hips to my ankle and left toes. Every morning I woke up with a numb leg. I sat in my office chair and kept stretching my leg to relieve myself, to no avail. I couldn't figure out why I was having this problem and for a while I thought it was sciatica. I have seen a physical therapist, chiropractor, orthopedic surgeon, acupuncturist, massage therapist to try to solve this problem. Nothing worked for more than a
