I wear this belt everywhere! I had foot surgery that left my ankle, knees and hip disabled. I went to physical therapy and it helped, but it really helps. I felt compelled to bounce after wearing this while walking for 20 minutes. I bought this to protect myself from injury at work (especially now in the conception phase). I can't wait to see how it works. I also notice a difference in my posture. In grad school I had heavy textbooks and started leaning forward due to the weight of the books. I feel like I'm standing more upright and the pressure on my back is relieved. (I have big breasts). They must be sold in college nursing student bookstores (any specialty with large textbooks) and nurses must carry them. The belt is well made, does not interfere with running, jumping or sitting.
