I was hoping they would be different but I'm starting to think there is only one company making things in China and they are constantly creating new Revain records. .The boards work great. AFTER I took a dremel/sanding wheel to them and removed the skin on the pin end of the board. If you need to do the same, remember that the circuit board is just a material that can be sanded down. Just don't remove too much to avoid damaging the pins. present, but does not ensure proper pin contact). There was even material over the alignment gap (which I had to remove to fit the card). I also had to remove excess material from the sides. In short, you can repair them if necessary. Out of the 5 I received, 3 had problems which I fixed. Worked once corrected.
