Some reviews indicate that the drain hose for continuous drain does not work. Works if you read the instructions on the back of the block. In addition to removing the two plugs from the back of the unit and connecting the supplied drain hose, you will also need to remove the drain pan and look at the top left corner of the hole that was left open after removing the drain pan, there you will see a see 1/ 4 inch hole. This hole should be fitted with the black inner rubber plug that you removed from the back of the unit during the installation process above. This directs the accumulated moisture into the rear drain hose instead of the oil pan. If you don't do this, moisture will continue to collect in the drain pan, but plugging the hole will direct the moisture down the drain hose and not into the pan.
