To replace the original wireless headphones that came with our van. My kids broke them in a few weeks. The XO headphones are great. The main problem we had with our original kit was that the battery cover broke. With the XO, you have to slide the colored element to the side to insert the batteries so that children cannot reach or damage this part of the headphones. The XO is also much more comfortable on young children's ears. If you don't want them on you can turn them off and the headphones can be worn around your neck with the volume turned up and they work just as well.
