Bought a new cover in mid-July. Cover completely destroyed by early August. When I put the cover on in July, the tarp was already showing signs of distress like it had been previously embrittled by sun exposure. The edge of the tarp, and therefore the loops for the stays have completely ripped away from one side. I am using bricks to hold the tarp down now. The previous one lasted a year, which is about how long we can expect a tarp to last in our area. Giving it a 2 because the previous tarp did last for one year.
