Great exercise and fun

I was surprised at how well it worked. I liked it so much that I immediately ordered a second one for our grandchildren to compete with. I have been a champion swimmer for over twenty years. My teammate told me he booked a bungee instructor as our team was on the sidelines during the virus crisis. I remembered that we used a bungee simulator several times in training about ten years ago. We ran and hugged to get to the other end of the pool, one end tied to us and the other at the foot of the starting block. These bungees are long and stretchy. Our pool is 40 feet long and we attach it to a fence about 8 feet from the edge of the pool. You can just swim in place in the middle of the pool if you are a lap swimmer and don't want to turn around every 5 seconds. If you're a sprinter, you'll find that you'll speed up as you try to reach the other end. They sprint to the other end, and my watch tells me I've just run eighty-five yards. If you want more resistance or have a shorter pool, you can fold the cord in half or wrap it around the pole a few times until it's just right. The grandkids love playing with this and they love when the cord pulls them back when they reach the other end. There is great value in the price.
