The team at GRA are great people who take time out their day/weekend work loads to help you with your business needs. I have been working with them since March 2014 when they took over my existing agency account which was not performing as well (and still isn't). They've helped me re-focus our strategy in order that we can improve performance through more effective digital media management. There is nothing about this product or service i dislike - it's very easy to use! It would be nice if there were some additional reports available but everything else works really well and has made life much easier. We're able to track all aspects of traffic sources including organic search engine results so that we know where new customers come via and what content performs best online.
