Got this today and my dog loves it! We had another bed for him but he kind of hangs off it. Not sure why. This one he went right on it and just sat down.One side is very soft and that’s the side we use for him. I think it’s reversible but the other side doesn’t seem comfty.It’s not very thick. Because our dog is still a puppy, this is fine for him. Also the size is a good size now but we may need to get a bigger one when he gets bigger.The only thing we didn’t like about it was that it does slide a little. There’s no grip at the bottom. I thought about giving it 4 stars for this and then I realized this is because it can be used on both sides. So I can’t really penalize it for that.Overall, I think it’s great for a small dog or a puppy. But maybe not a huge heavy dog.
