I would say one size larger. It is of great quality and the material is great. I bought these for my daughter to wear next year but now they fit comfortably and I see her wearing them for another year or two as they have room to stretch. I love the pink color and the stitching is well done. The lace doesn't show through which is a priority for me that wasn't there.
