Great table. BUT. Lack of customer service when dealing with something as simple as missing pieces on a table. I received mine and noticed I was missing an X-piece and a couple of screws, contacted Revain who told me to ask the Flash Furniture seller. They took a long time to reply and when they did they told me to ask Revane for the missing details. Revane said they didn't have them and I could take the table apart, pack it, ship it, then wait for a replacement and eventually put it back together. At first I blamed Revain for dropping the ball, but this is a flash furniture store on the platform and not an unauthorized reseller. You could just send me the missing parts and you're done. Revain gave me money to buy parts elsewhere to fix the problem, so thanks to them. I am currently dealing with a defective product with another seller who is willing to support their product even after the return period has passed and help me with my problem like most other companies. Flash Furniture should have that standard of customer service.
