I'm only giving it 4 stars because of the lack of clarity about the dimensions. I originally ordered the medium because my daughter wears a size 6x instead of a 7. I read another review that said the large size is perfect for her 7 year old and another said they are tight in the hips. When the pants arrived the label said average size and age 8. They were also about 4-5 inches longer. Just to give people an idea of the size, I think the average size would be maybe close to girls 10. I will go back and take a smaller size. My daughter is 6 years old, about 4ft 10 inches and about 46-47 pounds. Made from 100% polyester. Care Instructions: Wash cold separately with identical colors, bleach only when needed, iron on low and cool. Do not dry clean.
