This tutu is absolutely beautiful, but it cannot be worn without something underneath. The top mesh was sewn below the bust line, leaving the baby's chest open. My daughter really liked this tutu so we ended up keeping it. Pros: My little one was thrilled when she saw this tutu and she just loves it. The overall quality is very good, much better than expected for the price of this beautiful dress. Cons: Your child will need something to wear under this outfit or their chest will be exposed. The actual color is more like off-white ivory than true white. It can be difficult to find something that fits perfectly. This outfit had a super funky smell when it arrived. It takes a while, but the smell goes away after a week or two. Overall this is a very cute tutu and my little one got a few comments while wearing this outfit.
