EDIT: This company had great customer service and I got a full refund, I didn't ask for it, they came forward and offered one. 10/10 people get up. Do not buy this item: 1. I can't put 2 shoes in a box, I wear 10.5-11.5 (depending on the shoe) 2. They are difficult to fit and quite flimsy.
