STUPID REMOTE CONTROL: TV & Video

The remote works but is completely ridiculous. Zoom and Menu are the same button. Click to enlarge, long press to go to menu. Who the heck scales more than with a menu? So. Nobody. Not to mention that the keys are not backlit. So if you want to go to the menu, you're looking for the wrong button. Because they are all exactly the same. Don't use the keys too often or you'll erase the seal on them and NEVER see what you're doing! The Play/Pause button doesn't even come close to the Skip/Go to Start buttons. Get a real DVD player from a reliable company. Not this garbage. The only good thing is the DVD playback and the quality isn't that bad. But don't leave it on the menu for too long as it just starts playing out of nowhere. Time to find the menu or find the skip button so you can start over! Or remove the disc and try again. Yes, after some time I will probably get used to it and be able to remember these things. But shouldn't a company use common sense from the start and design a user-friendly product? Alright Sony, here I come!

Pros
  • Feels good
Cons
  • Slightly torn
