It would have been 5 stars only the packaging was terrible which caused serious problems. The lamp itself is amazing. But the seller actually unpacked the bulb and attached it to the string placed it inside the bulb for shipping. I have many smaller salt lamps before and the lamps are ALWAYS kept in a separate little box then wrapped in bubble wrap and then inserted into the lamp cavity to ensure they don't break and contain the crack just in case. So you can imagine how difficult it is to get a 68 pound salt lamp out of its packaging only to have lots of tiny shards of glass fly off the floor as you pull it out of its own bubble wrap! I had glass in my hands and on my knees as I used my body to try and move this thing around to use it. It took me hours to get the glass out of my skin and then make sure everything fell out of my expensive everything fell rug. I wrote to the seller the same day to explain the problem. They replied immediately asking for the order number (they should get it automatically when they get this message). I immediately replied back with the order number and my name and never heard from them again - that was a week ago! I'm appalled at their lack of customer service, I deserve at least a sincere apology (which wasn't included when they asked for the order number) and a bulb replacement. After a customer goes through something like this, most companies would offer something extra. In any case, the lamp itself is wonderful. I bought the pears myself, everything works.
