I have been a carpenter for over 30 years. I finally decided to purchase a cordless nailer to help with the trim and crown molding. I found it a wonderful and powerful pistol. I have now used it in other applications as well (floor molding, door trim, cabinet mounting, nose trim to name a few). If you are looking for a great gun then this is it. It shoots pins as fast as you pull the trigger, no time to build. I have enough battery for about 700-900 pins (2" and 1 1/4"). Runs all day on a single charge. The charger is compact and easy to pack. The gun is a bit heavy, but behind that weight you can feel the quality. The tip leaves no residue and leaves a clean surface. Depth adjustment is easy and works well. All in all I am very satisfied with this purchase.
