I ordered this device and additional items (2 mouthpieces, recommended foaming toothpaste and tongue scraper) based on their advertisement which promised sonic cleaning and whitening with the new method, a simple and highly efficient technique the sound waves. The author of his ad was set to receive the PT Barum Award for "there's a sucker born every minute." The main reason for testing this high-tech device was to find an easier way to help my 94-year-old mother, who has ALL her teeth, with oral hygiene. The device isn't as flexible as expected, so it doesn't provide the snug fit needed to make contact with teeth for cleaning or whitening. I bought three mouthpieces, all had the same technical defects. We have all tried to use this device for one or more daily cleanings to no avail. Our Phillips Sonic Care Toothbrush is more effective. Our return request was rejected because we had given it a two-week trial period and the return period was a maximum of 14 days. My recommendation is to return it immediately if it doesn't meet your expectations. Prolonged use may jeopardize your ability to receive a refund. Or, better yet, behave like wise people, take advantage of other people's mistakes, and don't buy more than the promised, undelivered crap.
