I like that it's easy to use for beginners as well as advanced technical people. It has many features which can be useful in business management of an organization. The support team is also very helpful. Sometimes there are some minor bugs but they get fixed soon. If you're looking for a simple tool then this is your choice because its user friendly. So far everything seems good about erpconnect so no complaints. We have developed our own application using erp connect. This helped us manage all aspects of the product from sales & marketing to supply chain management.
