Our whole family loves mints and I was looking for a presentation box for them. The steel blue matches the other pieces I have and looks great on the countertop without taking up much space. It is made of food grade ceramic. So if I want to store open food in it, I can do that. It is 5.1 inches high and 4.5 inches wide. It's a 30 ounce can, but that would actually overfill it, so I'd say it's a 28 ounce can. The ceramic part is dishwasher, microwave and freezer safe. I put it in the dishwasher when I first got it to sterilize, but other than that I probably won't reheat or freeze it, especially for what we use it for. The lid has a great seal but will likely need a slight adjustment for shipping. At first I thought oh no, it doesn't close properly. Then I adjusted it and I had a tight seal. A lovely addition to my ever growing kitchen items.
