Luggage-like and clunky. Using this product our team found that it was too bulky for a backpack and looked more like a small carry-on suitcase. Although the design was cute, the overall functionality was lacking. The only pro was the ample storage space.However, the cons far exceed the benefits as the backpack was uncomfortable to wear for extended periods. Overall, we would not recommend this product for casual daypack use..
