I love this product. I've never used anything like this and love how easy it is. I have VERY long hair and it was such a pleasure to style my hair. The cable rotates but still gets tangled. The switch on the bottom seems loose, cheaply made. I hope he survives. It gets very hot so I used a medium setting and it still works great. This is a good product but the secret to such a spectacular look is in the parting and of course in the product itself. So I use Miracle 10 in 1 and part my hair into 8 sections just for the length. The total time was 25 minutes. My blow dryer smelled like plastic so I just dribbled some essential oil on the underside where the air enters and now my hair smells and looks great.
