My 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland that came without a CD player was not listed on your compatibility chart. I just plugged it into the USB port located in the closed area at the bottom of the dash. Directly above the connection area there is space for the radio area. I put it in there and closed the lid to hide it. I opened the lid, turned on the jeep and turned on the radio, then hit the media button. I then pressed USB and waited a few seconds and the controls appeared on my screen. I clicked the play arrow and it lit up. The Jeep controls worked with the player as if they were factory installed. Many Thanks. Let everyone know to follow simple instructions.
