The most helpful thing I like about this tool was that you can use templates as well instead filling out all fields manually which saved me so much time! It also helped my team keep track in one place what projects are currently open/in progress etc.- there's nothing negative at least from our side with smart-issue template manager we used while managing multiple project simultaneously using jirasource integration -it has been working very smoothly since then but yes if its not integrated properly don't expect any problems!! You should definitely give them try because they have provided us an easy way to manage different types of ticketing requests easily without having to fill up each field by hand again and again.
