An efficient way of creating, tracking & monitoring bugs

The best thing about this tool is that I don't need manual intervention from any other person. It is very easy to use and has a good interface which makes me feel comfortable while using smart issue templates. If you want to create your own customised template then there are some limitations but if you have already created an existing template then it's awesome. Smart Issue Template manager is a must have tool for anyone who is into software development

The most helpful thing I like about this tool was that you can use templates as well instead filling out all fields manually which saved me so much time! It also helped my team keep track in one place what projects are currently open/in progress etc.- there's nothing negative at least from our side with smart-issue template manager we used while managing multiple project simultaneously using jirasource integration -it has been working very smoothly since then but yes if its not integrated…

Wonderful Experience, Easy User Friendly Tool for Tasks Management

It's very easy in using this templates as compare with other tools where you need expertise while working upon them which may result into errors if not properly understood by user beforehand! I think that there should be more features provided like sub-tasking feature etc available under smart template option so can create easily within few clicks instead spend time going through many options from different tabs/options!!
