An efficient way of creating, tracking & monitoring bugs
The best thing about this tool is that I don't need manual intervention from any other person. It is very easy to use and has a good interface which makes me feel comfortable while using smart issue templates. If you want to create your own customised template then there are some limitations but if you have already created an existing template then it's awesome. We can manage our jira efficiently with this tool. It reduces the time taken to input issues into JIRA. JIRA is really helpful for project management and helps us in managing all our projects and its sub-projects.
