This enclosure is very well priced for a USB-C enclosure and has good transfer speeds (which of course depends on the HDD/SDD you have with it, but I get about 100 MB/s with a hard drive installed in it). It also works great with MacBook Pro and Time Machine. The hard drive was very easy to install, but I didn't find the instructions very good. The gray rubber bumpers in the box (not pictured) wrap around the edges of the hard drive (one on the side of the SATA connector and one opposite the SATA connector, the one on the side of the SATA connector has a hole). I definitely recommend this case, I bought two for myself and would buy another if needed.
