Review on Neck Razor by King C. Gillette, Handle with 2 Blade Refills by Eli Cooper

This review is not about the quality of the razor itself. I couldn't use a razor to even write an honest review. I received these with the sticker on the side already ripped off, when I opened them there was a strong smell of shaving cream. Then I noticed the hair left on him. Luckily I noticed the hair that was on him, but how that happened I really don't know. It seems highly irresponsible and dangerous that people could return things like razor blades (which have been used) and these products could be back in stock to ship to others. From now on I will buy similar things in the store so that I don't face a similar problem again.
