Great little phone in headsets
I like having a headset on my desk so I can talk and type at the same time. This little phone works really well and takes up a lot less space than a standard desk phone. The sound quality is very clear and the headset is quite light. One star off because the hand holding the headset is very poorly designed. Inserting and removing the headset requires some force. From the photo I understood that the idea is to fold the headset when you put it in the holder, but then you have to fold it again every time you use the phone, which is inconvenient. If you want the headset to be positioned the way you need to speak, you need to put it upside down and sideways in the cradle.
