Excellent Knee Brace: Orthotics, Splints & Supports

Lately I've been doing a lot of squats and jumping at the gym and sometimes I feel a little pain in my knee. I realized they might be worn out. So, I found this knee pad and would like to try it. It wraps tightly around my knee and removes the swelling. Spring stabilizers on both sides offer amazing support for an hour of training. I think it has some limitations, if your knee has a major structural injury it can only be used for pain relief. My knees are also warm and comfortable in them. I chose the size according to the size grid. It fits exactly.
