I love my Apple iPad Pro compatible stylus. It was way cheaper than a real Apple pencil. Slightly larger and chunkier than Apple's stylus, but works just as well. Something you need to do before it will work on your iPad is go to Settings, scroll down to Apple Pencil and turn off the Apple Pencil and Scribble features. In other words, turn off anything that indicates you're using an Apple Pencil. Then it works great!
