For my sensitive skin this cream has made it worse but that doesn't mean it will make your skin worse. My skin is SUPER sensitive. I thought it would help a little but my acne became irritated. It really moisturized my face which is great! But unfortunately I can't use it as often as I would like. It works great for my sister and friends who use it. But not for my skin. The cream is of perfect thickness and doesn't smell weird at all. I gave it a 5/5 BC other than my irritated acne its a great cream!
