spikes on most swings. It's easy to adjust to the desired height, but after a few hits with the club, the plastic tube bursts. The bottom of the tube to which it is attached is constantly loosening and popping out as well. Admit it, this is a cheap plastic thing holding a ball for a kid learning to bat. That's all. Much luck.
