It's easier and better to do a fresh install, it worked right away. I've been trying to do an upgrade install from Win 7 Pro to Win 10 Pro on my Dell E7240, I'm getting all sorts of problems with the E7240 drivers, and I have the updated drivers (2019 version) from the Dell Support Site downloaded and still get an incompatibility error. I then proceeded to do a full install (backup files first, still some applications were lost), it took 10 minutes and all Dell E7240 drivers were updated during the install. After installation I bought a Win 10 Pro license key from this vendor (on their website) for about half the price and I received the key code in my email in 5 minutes, it works!
