My Dell all-in-one has stopped loading. It took me about 10 minutes to understand the instructions but the flash drive worked as advertised.

I have an old laptop that was converted from Windows 7 to Windows 10. It keeps freezing on updates. After using this program, I solved all my problems and got my laptop working again. Arrived quickly and was very easy to use.

The only reason this didn't get 5 stars is because the instructions sucked BUT it got my Samsung computer out of an endless repair cycle. After finding the start menu, going through a whole bunch of options, running diagnostics and repair, I was able to access my Windows 10 desktop again. 100% recommend and much cheaper than bringing the computer in for repair.

My hard drive in my HP laptop is broken. Replaced the hard drive and used this flash drive to reboot Windows. Couldn't get it to work using the instructions that came with the disc. I went to the page given in the instructions and watched the video. Uploading a video couldn't be easier. Very detailed step-by-step instructions that are easy to follow. Windows has booted up and my computer is working properly again.

This product does not work as advertised. The product page says it works with any brand of PC - should read "SOME" PC brands. I could never get the screens described in the sparsely written installation instructions to appear. When you emailed technical support, you received a reply with a link to a YouTube video that did not address the issues they described. All in all NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

There was a little miracle worker on my desktop! I really thought that I would have to create a new version and install it again. I tried everything I could think of. I plugged it into my computer and restarted. After a few minutes, it revived my entire system. Since then there have been no problems. And while I had to reinstall some apps, it wasn't that bad. I have access to everything again. Thanks very much!

I am very glad that I decided to buy. I was thinking about buying a new laptop, but after buying this and watching a video of what to do (with instruction paper) I started to get the hang of it. It took me about 30 minutes to fully understand what I was doing, but once I got it everything became easy. I don't have to buy a new laptop and it doesn't slow down anymore. Laptop like new!

The product arrived on an unbranded USB stick, nothing is said about Win 10 as shown in the photo. Looks like a USB stick bought at Walmart. There is no trademark on the disc. Win 10 is not listed on disk. It does not work. Looks like Win 8 but can't start. 10 USBSecond replace same problem. When I get to the win10 home option to select the win10 convention, my keyboard doesn't recognize rejection and I can't navigate to the "next" HELP page option

It's easier and better to do a fresh install, it worked right away. I've been trying to do an upgrade install from Win 7 Pro to Win 10 Pro on my Dell E7240, I'm getting all sorts of problems with the E7240 drivers, and I have the updated drivers (2019 version) from the Dell Support Site downloaded and still get an incompatibility error.
