Initially skeptical, but works 100%!

The only reason this didn't get 5 stars is because the instructions sucked BUT it got my Samsung computer out of an endless repair cycle. After finding the start menu, going through a whole bunch of options, running diagnostics and repair, I was able to access my Windows 10 desktop again. 100% recommend and much cheaper than bringing the computer in for repair.
