My keyboard does not recognize Win 10 options

The product arrived on an unbranded USB stick, nothing is said about Win 10 as shown in the photo. Looks like a USB stick bought at Walmart. There is no trademark on the disc. Win 10 is not listed on disk. It does not work. Looks like Win 8 but can't start. 10 USBSecond replace same problem. When I get to the win10 home option to select the win10 convention, my keyboard doesn't recognize rejection and I can't navigate to the "next" HELP page option
