Looks like a shiny and soft silky material. They look pretty but are easy to catch. I noticed the lines on the tights as she ran her hands over them. I think she liked the feel but I reminded her that they are thin and will slip off. Shell will be worn again this Friday and we'll see how they hold up. In general it looks very nice, but expensive for this quality.
